The EV Gala, in tuxedos, gowns 1350 of the most gorgious folks gathered to pay homage to heros and hear from leaders. This years Outstanding Volunteer, is an amazing lady, an amazing friend, Leigh D'Lugos, and to quote Ms. Gaye Adegbalola "Fredericksburg" was "in the house"! Four tables center row with the best of the burg celebrating Leigh's achievements in the VOTE NO Campaign of 2006. Local politician Carlos DelToro sitting and our table, with my great lady Amy Lamarca, and Shawn O'Donnell from Last years Congressional race. Opened by Governor Tim Kaine, and Featuring Barney Frank with a stirring summary of the past 30 years, plus MC'd by our own Gaye Adegbalola.
